Director

Venkatesh, Chartered Accountant, has over 15 years of experience and has handled a variety of projects across different sectors. Venkatesh had worked with Moore Stephens (Audit & Consulting), A F Ferguson & Co. and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited (Consulting & Financial Advisory) before starting this venture. He has experience in handling engagements in areas of capital raising (debt and equity), mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, feasibility studies, business strategy, business re-structuring, preparation of accounting policies and manual, accounting and auditing, etc. He has worked with manufacturing companies (auto components, switchgear products, aluminium smelting, industrial machinery, food processing, upstream oil & gas, etc.), infrastructure contracting companies, companies in service sector (shipping & logistics, healthcare, insurance and reinsurance companies, port services), etc.

Sudarsan Krishnamurthy

Director

Sudarsan, Chartered Accountant, has over 10 years of experience spread across different sectors. Sudarsan pursued his articleship with A. F. Ferguson & Co and then worked with consulting and financial advisory practice of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited before starting this venture. His experience includes debt structuring & syndication, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business valuation, entry strategy, feasibility studies, accounting and process study, auditing and fraud investigation, preparation of accounting manuals, etc. He has worked with manufacturing companies (two wheeler, auto components, industrial machinery, food processing, cement, furniture, paper boards etc.), infrastructure contracting companies, companies in service sector (shipping & logistics, warehousing, healthcare, software, audio-video integrator), government originations like ADB and ministry of finance.
